I'm a trained Clinical Social Worker with experience serving adults in academic and medical settings. I am committed to creating a compassionate environment by engaging with clients in a manner that is attentive, curious and respectful. My approach is informed by various modalities to meet client needs: Narrative, Internal Family Systems, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and positive use of self. I have been privileged to work with people experiencing adjustment issues, OCD, depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use, psychosis, family/cultural and relationship concerns.

In addition to working as a therapist, I'm a jewelry artist. I love beads, black coffee, science fiction, art, cake and sunny days.
