My connection with Harvard began as an undergrad, when I majored in Visual and Environmental Studies. Now as a staff psychologist, my interests include issues of emerging adulthood, work life balance and self care, grief and loss, mindfulness, and integrating creativity into everyday life. Outside of CAMHS, I'm a painter and potter. Gardening and cycling are other favorite activities, and I spend as much time as I can in nature.
