I am a licensed clinical social worker supporting care coordination and counseling at CAMHS. I enjoy helping students explore different styles of therapy, self-care practices and approaches to coping, in order that they can discern which supports best align with their interests and goals. I am particularly interested in values-centered modalities such as ACT, CBT and logotherapy, that encourage inquiry into one’s core beliefs, intrinsic strengths and sense of purpose. As a first-gen alum of the college, I am excited to be back on campus supporting students in navigating their Harvard experience
