I have worked extensively with children, adults, and elders with trauma backgrounds, developmental disabilities, and cognitive impairments in a variety of settings--outpatient, in-home, crisis stabilization units, and emergency service programs.

As a queer, first-generation, Asian American mental health professional, I believe therapy is for everyone and work to destigmatize and increase access to mental health resources. I enjoy exploring with students which self-care, types of therapy, and coping strategies best suits their needs at the time. My approach is warm, inquisitive, and strongly informed by Narrative Therapy and Internal Family Systems Therapy.
