CAMHS Cares Mental Health Support Line for Students 617-495-2042

The CAMHS Cares Line (617) 495-2042 is a 24/7 support line for Harvard students who have mental health concerns, whether they are in immediate distress or not, on-campus or elsewhere.

At all times, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, students can follow the prompts to speak directly with a CAMHS Cares Counselor about an urgent concern or if they just need to talk to someone about a difficult challenge or mental health issue.

Have a routine administrative question? During CAMHS business hours (8am to 6pm Monday through Thursday and 8am to 5pm Friday), call (617) 495-2042 and press 1 (one) to speak directly with a CAMHS administrative assistant to make, change or cancel a routine appointment, request a refill, or request an in-person urgent care appointment for that day.

Deaf or hard of hearing Harvard students may connect to the 24/7 CAMHS Cares Support Line by dialing 711 to reach a TRS (Telecommunications Relay Service) in their local area, which will assist with getting connected to the CAMHS Cares Line at (617) 495-2042.
