Clinical Interests
Multicultural counseling and supporting individuals during times of transition and change. As an immigrant from China, I’m especially interested in the mental health challenges faced by college students, including identity development, academic stress, and learning to live more independently. Currently, I’m exploring different therapy approaches, and I’ve been interested in EMDR and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
