James Cartreine, PHD
I am a clinical psychologist, also on the faculty of Harvard Medical School where I teach cognitive-behavioral therapy and problem-solving treatment. My goal is to help clients get back to functioning and feeling well as soon as possible, using a collaborative and supportive approach. I treat clients with problems such as anxiety, depression, sleep problems (such as insomnia), obsessive-compulsive disorder, and posttraumatic stress disorder. I also help high-achieving people maximize their performance, and previously developed tools for NASA to help astronauts succeed on space missions. In my free time I enjoy producing documentary videos and teaching.
