I’m a psychiatrist who has specialized in college mental health, spending my career working with university students in counseling centers and other settings.

I am also a writer, interested in how creative expression enhances mental health and conversely, how prioritizing emotional health allows us to fulfill our creative potential. Having lived in the Northeast, the American South, and abroad, I enjoy working with people from a variety of backgrounds.
