Is a safe and  confidential space to be with likeminded students seeking to gain coping strategies to help them remain substance free during this time of virtual learning. Managing Emotions

Do you often feel that your emotions, thoughts, and actions are beyond your control? Are you looking for more effective ways to manage or reduce anxiety, sadness, anger, stress, or avoidance? 

This group uses a workshop type format to introduce Cognitive and Dialectical Behavior Therapy skills to students seeking to understand and change their thoughts, feelings, and actions.
